NORTH BY NORTHEAST (NXNE) announces the second wave of programming for the 19th edition of the festival, taking over Toronto June 10-16, 2013. Tickets are now

NXNE Music has confirmed that rock 'n' roll legends Social Distortion and Outkast rapper Big Boi
will headline free shows at Yonge-Dundas Square (YDS).
The NXNE Music line-up also includes performances at YDS and in the clubs by Toronto hardcore darlings Fucked Up
, Montreal-based chanteuse Coeur De Pirate, hip hop duo Smif N' Wessun, genre-crossing experimentalists WHY?, San Francisco post-punkers The Soft Moon, British guitar band Peace
, melodic punks White Lung, chillwave quartet DIANA, noise rock trio Nü Sensae, heavy psych group Destruction Unit, synth pop artists Majical Cloudz, pop shoegazers Still Corners

Boots and Hearts Music Festival are pleased to announce that not only have they confirmed that Emerson Drive, X-Factor
Season 2 winner Tate Stevens, David Nail, Tebey and Tim Hicks are all performing at this year's festival, but that a fourth night of festivities has been added with a Thursday night kick off party hosted by the festival's official cerveza partner, Corona Extra.
The kick off party will take place Thursday night with a performance from Emerson Drive and Tim Hicks and organizers want to ensure fans know that this fourth night is included free of charge for anyone that
has purchased a three-day general admission ticket. Organizers have also announced that Willie and Jase Robertson, from the cast of Duck Dynasty, will be performing at Boots and Hearts Music
Festival. Cassadee Pope, winner of The Voice
(Season 3), who's unique vocals and powerful performances drew the national spotlight, was also confirmed today to be making an appearance at Canada's premiere country music festival.
