______________ Yonge Dundas Square Indie Fridays
                             July 29 - Aug.31
   The hippest indie
artists perform every Friday from July 29th – August 31st from 8-10pm. Beer Garden provided by Hard Rock Cafe, opening at 4:00pm. Plus, check out the Virgin Mobile Members Lounge in the Hard Rock Cafe beer garden for
the best seats in the house.July 13th Zeppelinesque

Zeppelinesque is Canada's best Led Zeppelin tribute act, and for years has been blowing the socks off such stages as The Opera House, Lee's Palace and The
Horseshoe Tavern. Their extensive catalogue of songs includes masterpieces like "Dazed and Confused", "Heartbreaker" and "Kashmir" as well as obscure fan favourites like "In The Light". Frank Nevada's voice is a dead
ringer for Robert Plant and the entire band has a huge passion for Zeppelin's magic.

 July 20th The Beauties

The Beauties were formed in 2006 at a tavern in the west end of Toronto. Darin McConnell and Shawn Creamer share guitar and vocal
duties, Jud Ruhl streams the lead guitar while Paul Phisterer and Derek Downham keep time as the unapologetically stoic rhythm section. A four-song, self-titled EP quickly established The Beauties as a band to watch out
for, earning them coveted support slots with acts such as Broken Social Scene and Alejandro Escovedo. Three years later, they continue to remind the crowds of the tightly-knit seams that stem from rock and roll!

July 27th The Bright Light Social Hour

The Bright Light Social Hour is an American rock band from Austin, Texas who has built their growing reputation through exhilarating widely-acclaimed live shows. They released
their debut full-length album in late 2010, utilizing the best elements of vintage and modern recording and just released "New Year's Live," a 4-track live EP recorded during their sold-out set at The Parish
Austin on New Year's 2011 and touring nationwide steadfast in their singular aim - enduring rock and roll!

 August 3rd
                             The Magnificent 7's

From their Winnipeg, MB home, the Magnificent 7's have traveled thousands of miles, touring
incessantly. This 5 piece band features the incredible vocals of stand up bassist Ida Sawabe, Guitarists TJ Blair and Matt Magura, Old Time fiddling of Andy Bart and machine gun banjo picking and deadly slide guitar of
David Nishikawa. They maintain a 100% acoustic live show while blurring the lines between bluegrass, old time country and rock and roll.

August 10th Samantha Martin and The Haggard

One of the rising stars of
Toronto's roots-rock scene, Samantha Martin and the Haggard pay tribute to the classic R&B, Soul, Rock and Country Stars of years gone by in a way that few today do. Recent comparisons include Adele and Amy
Winehouse. Samantha's voice "is a force of nature", she's the "real deal". For the Yonge-Dundas Square show Samantha and the Haggard are joined by Gospel Divas, The Tonettes (Amoy and Ciceal Levy and Marlene O'Neill).

 August 17th Young Rival

This trio hails from Hamilton, Ontario, a city most widely-known for its blue-collar work ethic - a quality that Young Rival have always proudly embraced. With a sound that is both raw and hazy, dark and melodic, this
band delivers an undeniably unique brand of grit-infused, wildcat rock and roll. With shows and tours alongside The Sadies, Born Ruffians and Tokyo Police Club, this young band occupies a unique - and important -
position in today's indie landscape with glowing reviews from press outlets across Canada, including 4 star write-ups in both major Toronto weeklies, NOW and EYE WEEKLY.

August 24th Raoul and The Big Time

Raoul and The Big Time (Maple Blues
Award Winners and NOW Magazine: Best Toronto Blues Artists) formed in 1998 playing their first show in the backroom of The Cameron House and have gone on to play clubs and major festivals across the country (Vancouver
Folk, Ottawa Blues and Montreal Jazz), release four critically acclaimed recordings and have been featured on radio, television and in film. "The Big Time swing with conviction"- The Globe and Mail

 August 31st Cuff The Duke

 After
almost ten years as a band and four albums to its credit, Toronto's road-warriors Cuff the Duke have made … a concept record. Ten tracks on a theme that flow like a film, like a good book, one filled with emotional
highs and lows, plot twists, and universal truths. "Morning Comes" is a story about change, about confronting loss, about – as one track calls it -- "Standing on the Edge" and having the courage to look across to an
unknown future on the other side. The eleven-track album was produced by Blue Rodeo's Greg Keelor and is the first part of a two part album.

Tim Chaisson    July-12-12, Waterfall Stage @ 12:15 PM
No stranger being in the spotlight, Tim Chaisson started out in the world of music as a member of his family's Celtic troupe. Years of
touring and recording before he was even old enough to drive left him yearning to perform his own music. Now with three solo albums and only 23-years old, Tim Chaisson is rising to dominate
the      Canadian music scene with a compelling collection of songs that are both musically and lyrically stunning.

Kira Isabella    July-26-12, Waterfall Stage  @ 12:15 PM

Kira Isabella already has more than a decade of experience performing her signature brand of country music to audiences across Canada – an impressive feat considering
she's just graduated from high school! Since her first recital at the age of seven, she's been winning nearly every singing competition she's entered. By 2009, the buzz surrounding Kira's dynamic sound could no longer
be ignored and she was signed to Sony Music Canada.
Her love for performing has extended to a passion for songwriting. Kira's songs begin as a poem, and develop into lyrics that are eventually put to music. A
perfect example of how Kira tells stories with music, "Love Me Like That," her first single, won a 2012 Canadian Radio Music Award in the Country category at Canadian Music Week. Don't miss this special
opportunity to hear this tenacious young powerhouse perform at First Canadian Place.
